We are seeking a Trainee Rent Assistant who will work alongside our experienced staff and gain valuable experience in delivering services directly to our Six Town Housing tenants.

As a Trainee Assistant Rent Advisor you will support in the collection of current and former tenants’ rent arrears and other charges, whilst promoting a positive payment culture. You will work with and support colleagues and with tenants through early intervention to reduce and prevent rent arrears.

This role will be open to individuals in Bury aged 18 -24, who are claiming Universal Credit, and are at risk of long term unemployment. This exciting opportunity working with Six Town Housing is a Six month paid job, funded by the Government. It provides you with on the Job Work Experience and Employability Skills Training throughout.
