Ever wondered what been mindful means? Interested in learning a few simple tricks that can help clam your mind and gain an understanding of how using mindfulness can help promote a more healthy approach to both physical and mental health? Then join us for this fun short 2.5 hour session for a simple no nonsense introduction to mindfulness – what it is, exploring and trying out some mindfulness techniques, and the relationship between a health body and a healthy mind.
